Articles address the laws, governing documents, procedures, financial decisions, property conditions, and practical disputes that affect unit owners, homeowners, rental property owners, tenants, purchasers, and other community residents. Coverage may include association governance, elections and meetings, budgets and assessments, reserves, inspections and repairs, insurance, maintenance, records, restrictions, rentals, sales, enforcement, legislation, administrative action, and court decisions, together with other developing issues affecting ownership and community living.
Benjamin L. Lipson
Benjamin L. Lipson is the founder and managing broker of Icon Realty Management and Icon Realty Brokerage. He is an attorney admitted to practice in Florida, and a Florida licensed real estate broker, community association manager, and general lines insurance agent. Benjamin oversees the firms’ property management and brokerage operations, serving residential property owners and investors throughout South Florida.
Benjamin edits HateHOA. His legal training and experience in Florida residential real estate, leasing, community association procedures, and property management inform the analysis. He does not offer or provide legal services through HateHOA or Icon Realty.
